Marjohn Heath manages administrative operations for GreenGen and is responsible for developing and maintaining office systems, managing resources and processes, corporate records, organizational memberships, activities, and events. She also manages human resources and IT, and she supports the CEO in marketing and communications initiatives.
Before joining GreenGen, Marjohn was the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of WBENC. Prior to that, she was Executive Assistant to Brad Dockser at MacFarlane Partners, where she supported the investment team and coordinated office resources and operations.
Marjohn spent six years at Carey International as Manager of Legal Affairs, coordinating mergers and acquisitions and credit facility transactions, including due diligence and closing of a $250M LBO. She managed an average of 130 claims a year before federal, state, and local courts and agencies; directed outside counsel; managed a $3M legal budget; managed corporate filings for over 40 domestic and international entities; and protected the company's trademarks and intellectual property assets.
Marjohn studied at Boston University and Stanford University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and she is also a paralegal with a specialty in mergers and acquisitions.
