Supporting the Public Sector
Utilizing our GSA, DOE, and Army Corps contract vehicles, GreenGen is a leader in helping the US government, as well as state and local governments, transition to a low-carbon future. GreenGen uses an ESPC financing structure, which makes it easier for governments to upgrade their facilities and lower energy-related operating costs.
With experience working on a single asset, as well as on over 400 assets across 50 sites, GreenGen is the partner that governments trust to develop and execute energy efficiency strategies. GreenGen’s ESPC ENABLE contract vehicle offers the same benefits as a conventional ESPC while at the same time, taking advantage of the GSA Schedule and its set of pre-qualified vendors and pre-negotiated pricing. This allows for a faster selection process so that a project can be designed and installed quickly. Other traditional ESPC benefits include:
Zero upfront capital costs to the agency
Guaranteed energy cost savings that exceed annual payment
Standard tools and contract templates to ensure consistency and project replication
Extensive project assistance and technical support from the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) experts to ensure success.
Through the ESPC ENABLE program, smaller federal, state, and local facilities have the opportunity to upgrade their older and inefficient equipment and to contribute to a number of sustainability initiatives while enhancing their ability to fulfill their stated mission.
